How It Works
Step 1: Select Your Meals
Select your dietary preferences and meals. We offer one-time orders or recurring orders for a discount. Meals start at 8.99, and we offer military and bulk discounts.

Step 2: Our Chefs do all the Cooking
Our chefs create your meals fresh on the day of delivery. We only use all-natural ingredients. Every ingredient is portioned to fit your health and nutrition goals, whether you’re bulking up, slimming down, or maintaining. Each meal is designed to be a balanced source of nutrition.

Step 3: Enjoy Your Meals
Delivery: your meals will be delivered between 4:00 PM and 9:00 PM, Tuesday to Saturday. We will notify you when your meals are on the way.
Pick-up: you can pick up your meals at the store you ordered to between 10:00 AM and 7:00 PM.

When you buy 7, 14, or 21 meals you unlock bulk discounts. Use the bulk meal discount code at checkout (or by asking our staff in-store).
We also offer discounts for our customers in the military. A member of the military who gets 21 meals on a weekly recurring order would receive a total discount of 18%.
