Fast Fit Foods makes fresh meals every day here in Colorado Springs. In 2022 we are proud to offer an expanded vegetarian menu. Whether you need one quick meal or food for a week, your (never frozen) food can be on its way with just a few clicks. No more stressing about dinner or eating healthy at work. With gym and bulk discounts, Fast Fit Foods is about the same price as a grocery store run.
Some prefer a meal plan, but you’re free to get Grab-and-go meals in store.
How It Works
Step 1: Select Your Meals
Buy with no commitments or subscribe and save. Your meals will be made fresh in town and ready for delivery or pickup as soon as the next day. Bulk discounts, military discounts, and gym member discounts mean it’s easy to pay much less than the price tag says.
Step 2: Our Chefs Do All the Cooking
Skip the grocery lines. We do all the cooking for you, and weigh every ingredient exactly so you can be confident counting calories, protein, fat, or carbs. Vegetarian and pescatarian options available.
Step 3: Enjoy Your Meals
Delivery: your meals will be delivered between 4:00 PM and 9:00 PM, Tuesday to Saturday. We will notify you when your meals are on the way.
Pick-up: you can pick up your meals at the store you ordered to between 10:00 AM and 7:00 PM.
All meal containers are recyclable, and we are happy to recycle them for you at our retail locations. Have questions, entered something wrong, or need to make a change? We’re here to help.

We keep costs low by buying local ingredients in bulk and passing the savings on to our customers.
Meals range from $8.99 to $13.99. When you buy 7, 14, or 21 meals you unlock bulk discounts. Use the bulk meal discount code at checkout (or by asking our staff in-store).
We also offer discounts for our customers in the military.
