Is F3 Membership separate from ordering meals?

Yes. Your F3 Membership covers your structure: custom plans, workouts, check-ins and coaching. Your weekly F3 meals are still ordered separately based on how many meals per day you want covered.

Do I have to order a certain number of meals to be a member?

No. We’ll recommend a starting point (7, 14, or 21 meals per week) based on your goals and lifestyle, but you can adjust your weekly order as needed. We’ll update your plan to match.

How do check-ins work?

Each week you’ll complete a simple check-in (weight, energy, wins, challenges, etc.). We’ll review it and respond with adjustments, focus points, and feedback so you’re never wondering what to do next.
