Fast Fit Foods is not only a meal prep company, it is a lifestyle. Unlike other meal prep companies, our company is dedicated to helping our customers achieve an affordable, convenient, and deliciously healthy lifestyle. We take the hassle out of meal prepping by giving our customers flexibility in curating their meals to their tastes, but also their nutritional needs.

Our meals are carefully and freshly prepared daily, offering a perfect balance of macronutrients to ensure that both you and your body are satisfied while enjoying Fast Fit Foods' meals. While other meal prep plans may be low-calorie, they are often comprised of high-fat meals. Fast Fit Foods ensures that whatever meal plan you choose, our meals will keep you on track for the results you desire. See our about page for further information on the ingredients we use.

How does your recycling initiative work?

Fast Fit Foods is committed to a healthy and sustainable lifestyle, so we encourage our customers to recycle their used meal containers. This being said, we recognize that this may not be possible for everyone, so we are both happy and willing to recycle your used meal containers for you.

To have your containers recycled in-store, bring your used meal containers with you when you visit one of our locations, and we will handle the recycling for you there.

If you are not able to recycle your containers in-store, we ask that you responsibly dispose of them.

What do I do if there is an error with my order?

Pick Up and Delivery

How can I get my food?

At Fast Fit Foods, we offer two convenient options for getting your food. When placing your order online, you can choose to either have your meals delivered to your doorstep or to pick your meals up at a Fast Fit Foods location nearest to you.

How does pick up work?

To pick up your meals from one of our two Fast Fit Foods locations, select the pick up option upon checkout. As always, there is no fee for picking up your meals.

All pick ups must be made between 10 am to 7 pm, Tuesday through Saturday.

How does delivery work?

To have your meals delivered, select the delivery option upon checkout. Please keep in mind that there is a $7.99 fee for delivery.

All deliveries are made between 5pm and 8pm, Tuesday through Saturday. Our drivers will contact you when they are on their way to your location.

Please keep in mind that if you are unable be at the delivery location during your delivery window, or if you are unrepsonsive when our delivery drivers contact you, your meals will be left at your doorstep. Once your food has left the possession of our delivery drivers, Fast Fit Foods will not be held liable for anything that happens thereafter.

Who do I contact if I need my meals held for a later pick up?

If you are unable to pick up your meals at the date and time that you originally selected, immediately contact info@fastfitfoodsco.com.

What are you hours of operation?

Fast Fit Foods' North Store's hours of operations are from 10am to 7pm, 7 days a week.

Fast Fit Foods' South Store's hours of operations are from 10am to 7pm, 7 days a week.

Getting Started

How far in advance do I need to place my Fast Fit Foods order?

For next day pick ups and deliveries, please place your orders before 1pm. Orders placed after 1pm cutoff may not be available within 24 hours.

Please allow 24 to 72 hours for all orders to be prepared.

I'm interested in ordering Fast Fit Foods, how soon can I get started?

New customers can set up their profiles and submit their first orders within minutes. After submitting a new order, a detailed confirmation email will be sent to the customer.

Since we prepare all of your meals fresh, please allow 48 to 72 hours for your order to be prepared for pick up or delivery.

Is ordering online my only option to get Fast Fit Foods?

At Fast Fit Foods, we strive for convenience. So, while many of our customers choose to order their meals online, just as many choose to take advantage of our in-store grab-and-go coolers.

If you prefer not to order your meals online, or you're looking to get some meals to hold you over until your next pick up or delivery, stop by any of our two locations to stock up on Fast Fit meals from our grab-and-go coolers.

Please keep in mind that our grab-and-go coolers' stock is limited, so hurry in before your favorite meals are gone!

Eating and Reheating

How do I reheat my meals?

Reheating your Fast Fit food is easy!

For refrigerated meals, we recommend reheating your meals for 2 to 3 minutes in the microwave, mixing your food halfway through the reheating process.

For frozen meals, we recommend reheating your meals for 3 to 5 minutes in the microwave, mixing your food halfway through the reheat process.

What order should I eat my meals in?

The order in which you eat your meals is just a matter of preference. Since breakfast is the easiest meal to digest, we suggest that you make any Fast Fit Foods' breakfast meals your first meal of the day.

Lunch and dinner meals can be eaten interchangeably, and our snacks can be eaten at any time of the day and in between meals.

We recommend spacing your meals out and eating every few hours.

What is the lifespan of my meals?

Our meals are best if eaten between 3 to 6 days from the day that they're prepared.

If you choose to freeze your meals after recieving them, your meals will be best if eaten anywhere between 7 to 14 days.

Subscriptions

What if I do not want a subscription?

At Fast Fit Foods we offer a few options for our customers. While our meal prep subscriptions are our best-sellers, we do offer customers the option of purchasing our meals à la carte.

If you prefer not to have a subscription, you can choose any items you'd like from the à la carte section of our menu, and order as you please - no subscription necessary.

How do I pause my subscription?

You can temporarily pause your plan for up to two weeks at a time. This can be done in your customer portal online. Please request any subscription pauses 48 hours before your next billing cycle.

What is your cancellation policy?

All subscription cancellations must be made in your Fast Fit Foods account. If you wish to cancel your subscription, please go into your customer portal and cancel your subscription.

Please keep in mind that the meals from your subscription will be delivered for the current billing cycle prior to the cancellation.

Dietary Restrictions

What is your food allergy policy?

At Fast Fit Foods, we use a wide variety of ingredients to keep our menu fresh and exciting. Because of this, we can not guarantee that your food will be allergen-free. While we would love for everyone to be able to live a Fast Fit Food lifestyle, we can not recommend our meal service to anybody who has moderate to severe food allergies.

Payments and Referrals

What payment options do you offer?

At Fast Fit Foods, we accept all major debit and credit cards and Apple Pay for purchases made online.

For purchases made in stores, we accept all of the above payment methods and cash.

How do you keep the price of your meals so low?

This is a great question and one we receive often. The short answer is that most our customers buy in bulk - most orders are for between 25 and 50 meals at a time. Similar to how a warehouse club, such as Sam’s Club, is able to pass on wholesale discounts because of the volume that they sell, we are able to pass on our wholesale food prices to you. This is also why the more meals you purchase at one time, the more of a discount you will receive!
