Coaching FAQ

How long before my plan is active?

Your intake is reviewed within 48 hours of payment. Your macro targets, workout program, and weekly structure are built and reviewed before activation. Nothing goes live without oversight.

What if I miss a check-in?

You'll receive a reminder within 24 hours. If check-ins are missed for two consecutive weeks, your coach is notified directly and will reach out.

Can I change tiers?

Yes. Tier changes take effect at the next billing cycle. Contact us to adjust.

Do I need to be in Colorado Springs?

No. Coaching works from anywhere. Your macros, training, and check-ins are all managed through the app. Meal suggestions reference F3 meals, but the system works regardless of where you eat.

Are meals included in my membership?

No. You choose and purchase your meals separately each week. Members can use F3 meals and access pickup and delivery perks based on their tier.

Is this a contract?

No. Monthly billing. Cancel anytime. Annual memberships are paid upfront and renew yearly if you choose to continue.
