F3 operates on-site cafes for commercial office buildings and multi-tenant facilities across the Colorado Springs area. If your building has a functional kitchen space, we bring the team, the menu, and the entire operation, so your tenants and employees have access to real, chef-prepared food without ever leaving the building.
Our cafe program features F3-style structured meals alongside a full cafe-style food menu. From bowls, wraps, salads, breakfast items, and grab-and-go options prepared fresh daily, the options are endless and fully customizable to your building's needs.
Our current cafe location also features a full coffee bar with a complete Starbucks-style coffee menu. Lattes, cold brews, espresso drinks, and more. F3 staffs and operates the entire operation so building management doesn't have to.
