By accessing or using the websites, ordering platforms, and services operated by Fast Fit Foods Holdings LLC, doing business as Fast Fit Foods ("F3," "we," "us," or "our"), including www.fastfitfoodsco.com and ordering.fastfitfoodsco.com (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use our Services.
You must be at least 18 years of age or the age of majority in your jurisdiction to use our Services. By using our Services, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.
To place orders through our online platform, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information as necessary.
You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account credentials.
All orders placed through our ordering platform are subject to availability and acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including orders that appear to contain errors in pricing or product information.
All prices displayed on our platform are in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. Prices do not include applicable taxes or delivery fees, which will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Payment is processed securely through Stripe at the time of checkout. We accept major credit and debit cards. By providing payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method and authorize us to charge the total order amount, including applicable taxes and fees.
Promotional codes and account credits are subject to specific terms and conditions associated with each offer. Promotional codes cannot be combined unless explicitly stated, are non-transferable, and have no cash value. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any promotional offer at any time.
Pickup orders must be collected at the designated location on the selected fulfillment date during our posted business hours. We are not responsible for orders not picked up on the scheduled date. Unclaimed orders may be forfeited without refund.
Delivery is available in select areas within Colorado Springs and surrounding communities. Delivery windows, fees, and availability are displayed during checkout. We will make reasonable efforts to deliver orders within the estimated timeframe, but delivery times are not guaranteed.
Orders may be modified or cancelled before the posted cut-off time for the selected fulfillment date. Once the cut-off time has passed, orders are considered final and cannot be modified or cancelled, as meal production has already begun. Cut-off times are displayed during the ordering process.
By providing your phone number during checkout, you consent to receive transactional SMS text messages related to your order, including order confirmations, status updates, and pickup/delivery notifications. These are not marketing messages.

Fast Fit Foods prepares meals in a commercial kitchen that handles common allergens, including but not limited to: wheat, gluten, dairy, eggs, soy, tree nuts, peanuts, fish, and shellfish. While we take precautions to prevent cross-contamination, we cannot guarantee that any meal is completely free of allergens.
It is the customer's responsibility to review ingredient lists and allergen information before consuming any meal. If you have severe food allergies, please contact us before ordering. Fast Fit Foods is not liable for allergic reactions resulting from the consumption of our products.
Our platform offers dietary preference filters (e.g., gluten-free, dairy-free) as a convenience tool. These filters indicate meals that are designed to meet certain dietary criteria but do not constitute a guarantee against trace allergen exposure.
Due to the perishable nature of our products, all sales are generally final. However, we are committed to customer satisfaction. If you receive a meal that is damaged, incorrect, or does not meet our quality standards, please contact us within 24 hours of pickup or delivery at info@fastfitfoodsco.com.
Refunds or credits are issued at our sole discretion and may be provided in the form of account credits toward future orders. We do not offer refunds for orders not picked up by the customer on the scheduled fulfillment date.
All content on our websites and platforms, including text, graphics, logos, images, recipes, meal names, and software, is the property of Fast Fit Foods Holdings LLC or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content without our prior written consent.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Fast Fit Foods Holdings LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of our Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the operation of our Services, the accuracy of information provided, or the quality, safety, or availability of our products. We disclaim all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our Services shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in El Paso County, Colorado.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
